Yeah... I have no idea why you have chosen me to spam copyright warnings to, however you may feel free to stop.

A piece of art may look like another without being found in violation of copyright.

What someone may not do is download his image and use it as it or derive another piece from it.

I have done neither of the above, completing my own original work.

It was my idea... we just had the same one. He happened to have it 4 years ago and I didn't know about it.
